April 15, 2007 - Wisconsin chapter of PPFA meet in Oshkosh.

Custom Design Workshop hosts the first quarter meeting of the Wisconsin Chapter of the Professional Picture Framers Association.  This quarter's meeting was instructed by Linda Pujo.  Linda discussed the ins and outs of framing competitions and presented a class in embossed and waterfall tapestry mats.  Linda has her Master Picture Framer's certificate and gives classes and judges framing competitions nationally.
